Overview
Confirmation Statements are managed on the Annual screen in CAS 360. Here you can review your companies and prepare the required documents, streamlining the Confirmation Statement review and lodgement process.
How are Confirmation Statements Created?
CAS 360 created Confirmation Statements based on details and information saved related to individual companies in the software.
Any company data that is incorrect will need to be fixed by making changes to that company. This can be completed by:
- Navigating to the Company Selection screen by selecting Company in the left toolbar.
- Select the relevant Company.
- Select the relevant section for that company, whether that is Addresses, Officers, Members, etc.
- Input the necessary details for the change required, ensuring all changes are saved.
- Now you are ready to go to the Annual Screen and prepare the Confirmation Statement.

Annual Screen Filters
The Annual screen also has a number of filters allowing users to easily sort the Confirmation Statements that need action. These filters include:
Confirmation Statement Date

Column Headings
Use the column headings to sort the companies in the Annual screen (company name, company number, statement date & due by date). Simply click on a Column Heading.
Document Production
Select
to begin generating the confirmation statement document pack.A popup window will appear.
Toggling on each option will add the necessary sections related to types of changes to the Confirmation Statement. Toggling on the option for "Lawful Purpose Statement" is required.
Select all toggles that are required and click Prepare.
CAS 360 will then generate the Confirmation Statement document pack, including the following:

Uploading Documents
Select Upload to attach any additional document(s) if required, for example, an invoice or letter.
You can then download or email these document(s) as part of the document suite.
Reorder Documents
The order of documents can be easily changed.
Simply drag and drop the documents to the desired order.
Email Options
Select Send All to email the selected documents to the specified email addresses. You can input additional recipients in the box if required.
To use a different email template, select and choose a different email template. Refer to Email Templates for more information on how to create your own email template.
The status of the Confirmation Statement will be updated from Document Received to Sent To Client in the Documents screen.
The Confirmation Statement will then be removed from the Annual screen.
Download Option
Select Download All to download the selected documents as a PDF.
The status of the Confirmation Statement will also update in the document screen from Document Received to Document Processed.
The Confirmation Statement will then be removed from the Annual screen.
Can I make particular documents selected as a default when preparing Confirmation Statements?
In document production, once Confirmation Statement documents are sent out or downloaded, the documents selected will be automatically saved as the default setting. The next time Confirmation Statement documents will need to be sent to downloaded, the document production screen will have selected the documents that were previously used. This default will be set until it is changed again.
Re-prepare Confirmation Statement
When the Confirmation Statement is prepared, it will not appear on the Annual screen and will show as "prepared" on the Documents screen.
To bring the Confirmation Statement back to the Annual screen, go to the Documents screen, locate the Confirmation Statement, and select Options > Delete.
